Lenka Švarcová

Lenka Švarcová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During her studies she worked as a paralegal at one of Pilsen's law offices and also as an assistant professor at the Department of Business Law at the Faculty of Law. Before joining Strelička & Partners, she worked as a lawyer in a well-established law firm with a focus on business and insolvency law. As part of her practice, she focuses mainly on corporate law, dispute resolution and litigation agenda and contractual law. She also has experience in the area of public investment law.
